The Board of Directors of Consivo Group AB has appointed Jens Voldmester as the new Group CEO, effective as of 1 May 2026. Jens succeeds the current CEO, Edvard Björkenheim, who will remain in his role until 30 April 2026. Jens will join Consivo Group on 1 March 2026 but will formally assume the role of CEO on 1 May 2026, following a two-month handover and transition period.
Jens Voldmester has more than 25 years of experience in executive management and senior leadership roles within the Nordic FMCG sector. Most recently, he served as CEO of Globus Wine and Vice President, Anora Own Brands. Between 2008 and 2017, he held several senior leadership positions at Unilever, including CEO for Denmark and Sweden. Prior to that, he also held management roles at Mars in Scandinavia. Jens is 55 years old, a Danish citizen, and holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School. He will be based in Stockholm.
