Consivo, one of the Nordic region’s fastest growing players in the grocery trade and food-service, has decided to strengthen its Board of Directors with Henri de Sauvage Nolting, most recently from the role of CEO of Cloetta and senior advisor on several boards. Consivo is thereby broadening and deepening FMCG expertise in the Board of Directors in order to accelerate its growth.

Consivo well positioned for the next phase
Consivo is now entering the next phase of Nordic expansion with a clear focus on profitable growth, operational excellence and continued strategic development. The priorities include building up the distribution offering in the Swedish grocery trade, deepening Nordic synergies while maintaining strong local identities, as well as continuing to integrate completed acquisitions and identify new growth opportunities. The Group has clear targets for growth, both organically and through acquisitions, to reach SEK 3 billion by 2028 while maintaining profitability.
