Consivo Group is strengthening its distribution business in Sweden through the acquisition of Tore Smith Food, a well-established distributor of well-known brands to the Scandinavian grocery retail sector.
Tore Smith Food distributes and markets food products to grocery retailers in Sweden and Denmark. The company’s product range mainly consists of grocery products under well-known brands such as Dole, Mackays and Mövenpick. Selected products are also sold to the convenience retail and HoReCa sectors. Net sales for 2025/2026 amounted to just over SEK 50 million.
The current owners, who have run the business for more than 15 years, believe the time is right to hand over to a new owner, but will remain with the company during a transition period to ensure continuity for customers and suppliers.
